I want to know how can i configure the jira for a user can assign an issue when reporting, but no reassing later.
We tried with reporter options but the user can reassing issues all the time.

Hi Moises,

Unfortunately, this is not yet possible to achieve as permissions cannot be configured on a 'per workflow' basis. This has been raised as an issue at JRA-6381, and please feel free to vote or comment on the issue.
