Ability to have an issue assigned to a user dependant on the value of a Custom Field.
In our case we have created a custom field (which is a multiselect) called "Environment"., with two values only (UAT and Production). For UAT issues we want the issue to be automatically assigned to the project lead, and for Production we want to specify the user (same user across multipl projects)
We do not have the resources to code the change ourselves. This new feature would be of benefit us, and would be a great improvement to the workflow features of Jira
