Editing sub-tasks does not work when Workflow-based permissions plugin is in use

      Sub-tasks cannot be edited. Permission schemes have been checked, and talking about the issue with support people (in https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JSP-4816) led to conclusion that Workflow based permissions plugin is responsible for the problems.
