We track target (what the business wants), estimated (what the teams think can be achieved) & actual (what occured) dates for our projects. We do this for key milestones which are critical (especially as we operate in a regulated market).

It would be great if we could:
1) Define the target dates for milestones (ideally we could define milestones for projects / initiatives etc)
2) have estimates created based on planning in Portfolio
3) actuals be recorded based on those milestones being met
