Display the Epic or Initiative's 'Theme' on linked issues

      For better organization of issues in a Portfolio Plan, it would be nice if a field were to be added on issues linked with Epics or Initiatives that displays the 'Theme' associated with those. That way, users should even be able to display a 'Theme' column in the Issue Navigator.
