Auto sync linked issues to marked as completed

      Currently, when an item is completed meaning resolution is set within the ticket, the item on portfolio is not marked completed in portfolio terms. Try clicking the drop down of an item in portfolio and the options include "mark complete." tickets that progress to complete status should automatically be marked complete and the estimate for effort reduced to zero.

      If want to update the status of the items in Portfolio to the status in JIRA, we will have to run the 'Update from date...' option
