Summary

Accessing JIRA Issue as anonymous user will spam logs with warnings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure Portfolio is installed in the instance
2. Make a project accessIble by anonymous by adding the Anyone group to the Browse Project permission in the permission scheme for any project.
3. Note down the issue key of any issue in the project Eg: SSP-1
4. Log out of JIRA
5. Access the noted issue directly through the URL. Eg: /browse/SSP-1
6. Check the logs

Expected Results

THe user can access the issue and nothing should appear in the logs

Actual Results

Everytime the anonmous user accesses the issue, then the logs get spammed with the following warning:

WARN anonymous 1239x891x1 1k22vfz 10.60.9.69 /browse/SSP-1 [c.a.r.j.p.w.children.condition.ChildIssuesPanelVisibilityCondition] Exception when evaluating if child issues panel should be displayed.

Notes

This could be a major issue is there are several users accessing issues anonymously, thereby the logs get flooded with the warnings.
