As an user, I want Portfolio to automatically assign new issues to a team

      Problem Definition

      Newly created issues do not have a team assigned to them. Therefore although they may have a sprint associated in JIRA side, the sprint information will not be recognized by Portfolio unless a team is assigned to the issue. Therefore once the issue is created you have to go to portfolio and set the team for the sprint information to show up and then this should be committed back to JIRA.

      Portfolio should automatically set a new issue to a Team
