Print cards to support Avery Card stock

      Feature improvement from Jordan Dea-Mattson: add support for Avery Card stock when printing GreenHopper cards


      How about the ability to print out cards (support Avery Card stock as one option - http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Products/Cards/Index-Cards/Laser-and-Ink-Jet-Index-Cards_05388.htm) ? A key part of SCRUM is artifacts. I need to be able to print these babies out and get them up on my SCRUM board.
