Unable to transition issue within project with no workflow scheme

      I can't perform a transition on Task Board, it results in


      Sorry, no transitions were found!
      Are you meeting all the workflow step conditions?
      If so you might want to verify your Task Board mapping.

      It all works from JIRA interface (I can click "Start progress" workflow transition).

      When I:

      1. copy jira workflow as jira-copy
      2. create new Workflow Scheme
      3. assign jira-copy to new Workflow Scheme
      4. assign a project with new Workflow Scheme

      everything's OK and transitions work from GreenHopper.
