Description
We have around 20 subversion repositories setup on our fisheye instance. When we restart the application however, none of the repositories come back online. All show this error:
014-05-10 00:00:02,786 WARN [SvnExecution491 java_customer_ads java_customer_ads] fisheye SvnPasswordSupplier-prompt - SVN is requesting password too often for realm '<https://svn.edb.com:443> EDB Subversion repository' and user 'continnum'

2014-05-10 00:00:02,788 ERROR [IncrPing1 java_customer_ads java_customer_ads] fisheye SvnRepositoryTester-pingAndValidateAccess - Exception getting FishEye access control

When I go into one of the repos and try "Test connection" it fails
,however if I change the username for the svn conneciton.....it passes; and then strangely enough, all the repos suddenly start working....with the previous username !
So it seems that with the username that was in use during the restart it will not work until a test is performed with another username?!
