Fishehe fails to index our repository (svnkit)

I am hitting the following issue while indexing for the first time our repository.

I can access information about the revision from the command line:

So the repository doesn't appear corrupted. Note this revision is about removing a file that doesn't fit in the general project/trunk/, project/tags, project/branches that I selected while configuring the repository. Could this be a reason ?

Putting critical as I cannot proceed Feel free to reduce the priority. The issue is probably in svnkit or in my repository.
