Have you seen the client/lib directory lately? The current count is about 46 JAR files!

      There is absolutely no way that the client/lib needs all of those 46 JAR files, I think it is time we had a massive trim of our release.

      Some possibly targets, replace xfire-all with xfire-core+xfire-spring * and use xbeans and not jaxb2.

      There is no way we need mail, opensaml, jmock + others.
