There is absolutely no way that the client/lib needs all of those 46 JAR files, I think it is time we had a massive trim of our release.

Some possibly targets, replace xfire-all with xfire-core+xfire-spring * and use xbeans and not jaxb2.

There is no way we need mail, opensaml, jmock + others.

This is now much smaller

... we now have 18 jars, this could be 17, but we are still providing 1.4 support in our clients.
