The search results should be sorted by alpha before being returned to a soap client.

The biggest one is when we are trying to add groups to a Crowd
Application (such as a Confluence connector), the groups are
non-alphabetized. This creates an issue since well over 500 groups are
listed in no specific order making it hard to find the group to be
selected.
