Currently if a user goes over their license limit there is no easy way for them to have crowd re-calculate the user total. This is because the system has a 'job' that runs every 6 hours to calculate the number of users that have access to Crowd.

It would be very handy if the administrator could manually calculate the user total for their Crowd install, on both the options page and on the license install page.
