HSQL context path storage issues when not using start_crowd.bat/sh

      When running the command start_crowd.bat from atlassian-crowd-1.1.2, the database files will be stored in atlassian-crowd-1.1.2/databaes.

      If you then switch to using atlassian-crowd-1.1.2/apache-tomcat-5.5.20/bin/catalina.bat the database files will then be stored in atlassian-crowd-1.1.2/apache-tomcat-5.5.20/bin/database/.

      The database storage path should be relative to the root folder of the archive in the database folder and not apache-tomcat-5.5.20/bin/database/.
