Create a Bamboo to Crowd Principal and Group importer.

      Bamboo will soon be supporting external databases (version 1.2).

      Once this occurs we will need to write an importer for Bamboo users and groups into Crowd. Since Bamboo is using Atlassian User, this should result in a very similar importer to the Confluence importer.
