Too many objects are kept in memory during changeset indexing, resulting in an OutOfMemoryException

      During changeset indexing (for QuickNav and the activity stream), a list of changesets is kept in memory. Each changeset keeps references to the FileRevisions associated with the changeset. When a large blocksize is used, or there are many filerevisions in the changesets, OutOfMemoryExceptions occur.
