When clicking the Crucible icon in FishEye to create a review from a commit, the review should default to the a certain project. If only one project is assigned that repository as the default repository, it should be that project. If multiple projects are assigned a default repository, you can ask which project (or have another setting for choosing what project is default for a repository).
