Confluence Questions macro doesn't work for anonymous even if anonymous access is granted

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a page in Confluence and add List questions macro.
      2. Go to _Cog Icon > Confluence Admin > Permissions under Confluence Questions field.
      3. Set for Anonymous access (can view permission)
      4. Now go back to the page that you've added the macro.
      5. You'll get Please log in to view questions
