Increase timeout for user signup emails.

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The current timeout is 24 hours, which is meant to be only for password resets.

      Change to 30 days, which is consistent with other signup paths.
