Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Edit a wiki page
2. Edit Restrictions
3. Click on "Choose users"
4. Select the "Group memberships" option and enter a name of a group
5. Try to use the pagination

Current behavior:

• only the first page is displayed, clicking on any of the pagination links refreshes the page again with the first page

Expected behavior:

• first page is displayed, a user can see second, third, etc page by using the pagination controls

Note: the pagination works fine if the "User Details" option is used to search for users instead.
