Some page names can get rather long, especially with them having to be unique. It would be cool if a Tiny URL could be generated for each page that wants one ... something like: http://app.server.com/confluence/xGizYS which points to http://app.server.com/confluence/display/ITSUP/I+want+to+attached+a+60mb+attachment+to+my+email+...+is+that+a+problem%3F

The first URL would be much easier to paste into an email, or type out. Ideally the TinyURL would have no special characters and be in Base64 (case sensative A-Z a-z 0-9 form) to make it easier to remember.
