Whenever I want to link to, say [SPACE:Page Title], I always end up writing it as [Page Title|SPACE:Page Title] because the default formatting for that link is ugly. We should fix links so that the default display is more readable and less markup-y.

SPC:Page Title -> Page Title
/2004/12/1/Blog Post -> Blog Post
SPC:Page Title#anchor -> Page Title#anchor (not sure about this one? Leave as it is for now)
Page^attachment.pdf -> attachment.pdf
