[~profile] links place context name twice in link

      If I log in as user and goto my profile link in the top right hand corner I get a link to http://myserver.com/confluence/display/~user. This works fine, however if I you place user into a confluence page, then it gives me a link to http://myserver.com/confluence/confluence/display/~user - which doesnt work.
