This issue is actually a 2.5.x issue. It doesn't appear on version earlier than 2.5.
No need for patch for 2.2.10 to 2.4.5 then.

This is the file to patch for Confluence 2.5.4.

~~CONF-8877~~ only affects Confluence 2.5.4. If you are using another version of Confluence you don't need to apply this patch.

To apply the patch:

Copy the attached CopyPageAction.class file to Confluence. It goes into the CONFLUENCE_INSTALL/confluence/WEB-INF/classes/com/atlassian/confluence/pages/actions/ folder. It is a good idea to backup the already existing file in this directory.
Restart Confluence.
