Email search is case-sensitive

      It will be good to turn off case sensitive search when I search users by Email in 'Manage Users' panel.
      For example when I search 'mike' - I see only 'mike' addresses, but I don't see 'Mike.*' addresses.

      Also I should have an option to search by Name, not by email only.

      Wildcards or regex also to be welcomed.
