Extend remote API so that it allows setting page permissions just like it allows setting space permissions.

Motivation: We are using the remote API to programmatically create spaces and pages there in. We need to be able to customize page permissions for some of the generated pages. Currently that is possible only using browser interface.

This is implemented as part of 'multiple page permissions' in 2.5
