Space creation broken when running Confluence in Shared Mode and not having space groups

      If Confluence is running in shared mode and there are no space groups, space creation is impossible.

      A field error is generated by the validation code saying "A space must be assigned to a space group" and then not displayed.

      Workaround: disable shared mode.
