Email search is case sensitive, makes search difficult.

      Pretty much described here CONF-877.

      Email search is case sensitive, some users describe themselves as firstname.surname@cern.ch, others as Firstname.Sirname@cern.ch meaning I have to search twice if I am unlucky. Again regex, or Jira-like user search would be good.

      Details on searching for a user is a bit sketchy, I can see add/remove/update, but nothing on "Search for a user", and I got lots.
