General Configuration radio buttons:

User email addresses are:
[x] public [ ] masked (i.e. user at example dot com) [ ] private

Note: Users in the confluence-admin group will have their addresses shown on the Administrators page regardless, if "private" is selected, the administrator addresses will still be masked.

Think we could slip this in quickly today for the JetBrains guys? Should be pretty simple.
