References to scriptaculous files are wrong

      WAR deployed to Tomcat 5.5.20, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-b105), Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5 (Tikanga)

      /confluence/includes/js/scriptaculous/lib/util.js
      /confluence/includes/js/scriptaculous/lib/effects.js

      both produce 404 errors. These two files (along with a few others) are actually in /confluence/includes/js/scriptaculous/src.

      Moving or copying the files resolved the 404 errors.

      I'm hoping we didn't miss a build step that in turn created this issue.
