Site Backup causes com.atlassian.core.exception.InfrastructureException: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

    Description

      Hi,

      We have attempted to backup our site and have received the following error:

      com.atlassian.core.exception.InfrastructureException: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
      at com.atlassian.xwork.interceptors.XWorkTransactionInterceptor.intercept(XWorkTransactionInterceptor.java:116)

      Our current JVM settings are JVMms=1536 and JVMmx=1536. Windows does not allow us to increase this any more.

      We believe we have approximately 3GB of data (we are migrating from Postgres to Oracle).

      Please advise how else we can perform the migration.
