Sorry, the description of the issue is not complete.

1. Enter the following 2 lines in the Rich Text Editor:

vi /etc/bind.conf
/etc/init.d/bind restart

(those are 2 commands to type)

2. Select the lines, and apply the "Code" formatting to them

3. The output is one single line:

vi /etc/bind.conf/etc/init.d/bind restart

It should still be the 2 initial lines (which make sense), not this one single line which is wrong

A work-around is to use shift-enter instead of enter at the end of each line, or to type

explicitly.

Thanks Tom,

Can we expect a fix rather than a workaround? Or is it technically impossible?

Olivier

Sorry, I didn't understand it was fixed- we're going to try version 2.5.1

No apologies necessary – a work-around may be useful for people who can't upgrade, and of course until we release 2.5.1 (which should be next week)
