Authoring a topic with images is difficult. It needs to be improved. An easy improvement would be to offer a "insert attachment here" button in the edit page. When clicked it would list all the attachement, allowing the user to pick one from the list. Alternatively, all attachements could be listed on the RHS (for example) of the edit page, allowing user to select one. When selected it would be added to the current caret position in the edit box.
