The show-if and hide-if macro have a parameter "display" to restrict content rendering to either "default" or "printing" display method.

Though, using "printing" to influence output doesn't work, but "printable" does, which is also the "decorator" parameter in the generated URL.

We are using the leftnavigation theme. Maybe it's just that the paramter differs between themes...
