      Often a macro is only relevant in a particular space.

      Oftener, junior 'admins' or 'space admins' would like to do some customization, but the don't and shouldn't have site admin rights.

      A feature that permits certain users, perhaps 'space admins' to create user macros scoped specifically to a space would all great flexibility on this note.
