A critical bug (http://developer.atlassian.com/jira/browse/BLOG-5) has been fixed in the 1.1.1 version of the Blogging RPC plugin. The confluence bundled version of this plugin needs to be updated to this version with the next point release.

2.5.x is currently bundled with version 1.2.1.
