The files named readme.<DATABASE_NAME>.txt in the base directory of the standalone distribution contain URLs that refer to pages that no longer exist on the wiki. See for example, readme.ORACLE.txt.

I suspect the pages were simply renamed at some point. This seems to me to be a context in which the Tiny URL for the page should be used instead of the full URL, since the former tends to be less fragile over time.
