Looks like the 2.3 builds contain our really bad machine translation language packs again...

We need to add some, preferably automatic quality control to make sure we stop shipping these.

Removed the language packs from the profiles used during builds. Not from the functional tests one.
Updating the maven-confluence-plugin to NOT copy the language packs into distributions. It is now version 1.0.10.

I set the version of the maven-confluence-plugin to 1.0.10 in the main pom.xml file.
