We used to require all users to update their profile page with email address, phone number, Instant messenger Ids, etc...
Now that we have created personal spaces, the public profile is no longer accessible.
Many of our users have created a personal space and clicking their name now gives a unfriendly "Not Permitted "

These two concepts should be seperated. Public profile, personal space.
