Given a list in a table in a list, such as the ones in:
http://extranet.atlassian.com/x/MIDAHQ

When editing with the markup editor, there is no problem.

However, if you transition from the wysiwyg editor to the markup editor or the preview mode, the lists in the tables get an extra * or indent level added.

This is kinda understandable, because the lists actually do appear as a level 2 list. However, it's very broken. Every time you change from wysyiwyg to markup an extra star gets added. The user has to manually take the extra stars out.
