Create a page from a sub page should implicit include the parent page in the Create Page Dialogue

      I've created a sub page and created some links on the page. When I click the link to create a new page, it would make sense that the page would remain in the same scope as the page that held the initial link.

      Currently...

      Top Page
      -----Sub page w/ link
      New Page goes here

      I'd make more sense with the following
      Top Page
      -----Sub page w/ link
      -----New Page goes here

      It'd keep the space cleaner IMO
