Add tab for personal spaces to dashboard

      Personal spaces do not show up on the dashboard. That is good for the "All" tab view to reduce cluttering.

      OTOH, it would be nice to see, who has a personal space.

      Please add a "Personal" (or similar) tab to the space section of the dashboard. Upon selecting that tab, a list of personal spaces (only) should be shown.
