Right now we log to $tomcat_home/logs for the standalone, and to stdout for everything else. This makes it a little harder to find logs than it should be, especially for appservers like Weblogic that require special configuration before stdout is even captured.

During the bootstrap process, as soon as we've located confluence-home, we should start logging there.
