This plugin is not bundled with Confluence, so issues related to the new code macro are no longer being tracked here. Please vote for this issue on the issue tracker for the New Code Macro plugin:

The original code macro can be exported to PDF. Rather than fixing the new code macro, it seems better to update the original.

It seems that there is a bug with the PDF export when using the New Code Macro. I've confirmed this as a bug.
