Add warning to Setup Wizard's "Create Empty Database" when there's existing data

      When going through the setup wizard, someone who has existing data can lose data (and has) by choosing the "Create Empty Database" option.

      A warning prompt if any existing data is found may prevent this from happening to anyone else.
