children Hierarchy macro fails if page is assigned to heirarchy later

      Page has children:depth=3 macro

      Add a couple of child pages, via child page link
      now add childre to one of those pages with the add child link
      then create a new page,

      now edit page (to get around bug), and change the parent page.

      Page will not show up in hierarchy.
