Just want to second this idea, we recently have had an employee leave and we want to retain their content, but the user is no longer active. I think it is unfair that this user counts against our license total, when they are no longer active.
There is a workaround for this issue: to remove a user from the license check, remove the 'Use Confluence' permission from them. For most users, this simply means removing all their group memberships in Confluence.
The license check is updated every 15 minutes, or when you flush the caches (under Cache statistics in Administration). |
